Special Application Industrial Lift Tables

Bushman Equipment, Inc. specializes in building large, high capacity hydraulic lift tables, scissor lift tables, lift platforms and aerial work platforms for many different applications.

Our lift tables and scissor lift tables are built with welded steel construction and comply with AWS D1.1 and to meet or exceed ANSI Standard MH29.1 Safety Requirements for Industrial Lifts. Structural members, including frames, scissor arms, push blocks, and roller channels, are fabricated from high section modulus steel to provide exceptional stiffness and strength. Top and bottom channel rollers are captured to minimize deflection and maintain rigidity. A locking pin is provided to secure the legs in an open position for safety during maintenance procedures.

Hydraulic Lift Table with Tilt Top, Model STX

This coil discharge hydraulic scissor lift table features a hydraulically operated top platform that lifts, lowers and discharges coils to one side.

Cam Style Hydraulic Scissor Lift Table, Model STX

This scissor lift table was designed for applications that require a low collapsed height and high weight capacity. The model STX scissor lift table uses a cam-roller assembly that is mounted on displacement-type hydraulic cylinders to open the scissor arms.

Mechanical Screw-Actuated Scissor Lift Table, Model STX-SCR

The STX-SCR industrial lift table uses a mechanical screw, driven by an electric gear motor to raise and lower the platform. This table is designed for applications where hydraulics cannot be used or for extremely precise load positioning.

Mechanical Screw-Actuated Scissor Lift Table

This heavy-duty, mechanical screw actuated scissor lift table has a capacity of 1,500 pounds. It uses a ball screw shaft driven by an electrical gear motor.

Scissor Lift Table, Model STXS

The model STXS is Bushman Equipment, Inc.’s workhorse scissor lift table for high capacity, industrial lift table applications. Features include:

• Top and base frame fabricated from welded steel tube, channel and plate.
• Greasable or oil impregnated bushings.
• Captured top and bottom channel rollers.
• Precision flame-cut scissor arms.
• Top limit switch.
• Internal or external mounted hydraulic power units.

Rail Mounted Scissor Lift Table, Model STSX-TC

These 15,000-pound capacity traveling scissor lift tables are rail mounted. They provide an ergonomic solution for feeding material in a steel blanking facility. The scissor function permits the platform to index down as the stack height builds.

Double High Scissor Lift Table, Model STXXS

This double-high hydraulic scissor lift table allows extended vertical travel with a compact platform length. It is ideal for applications such as sheet-stacking and transferring materials between different levels in a building.

Triple High Scissor Lift Table, Model STXXXXS

For applications requiring greater height extension, the model STXXXS scissor lift platform provides a very flexible solution. This lift platform can be equipped with railings and other options so that it can serve as a personnel lift. It is frequently used as a cost-effective alternative to dedicated freight elevators. 

Double Long Scissor Lift Table, Model DSTXS-L

The model DSTXS-L scissor lift table has a mechanical equalizer bar. This bar transfers load weight between the scissor sections, allowing unevenly loaded tables to be raised and lowered smoothly. It is an excellent choice for applications that require handling an extremely long load, such as gypsum wallboard, plywood or sheet steel.

Custom Triple-High Scissor Lift Table

This custom triple high scissor lift is portable and can be towed to different locations within a plant.

Double High Hydraulic Scissor Lift Platform, Model STXXS

The platform of the 20,000 pound capacity lift table has an embedded rail system
for rolling the cart/cab system onto the lift table.

Mechanical Lift Carts

    

A nuclear facility project in Washington State recently ordered some highly engineered equipment including a 9,000-pound capacity lift cart and three 4,000-pound capacity scissor lift extraction carts.

Jet Engine Test Cell Lift Platform

This 12,000-pound capacity scissor lift table platform is 23’ x 44’ and is used in a commercial jet engine test cell.

 MAX-Lift Scissor Lift Table

The Guardian Series represents the ultimate in industrial lift table safety with features that are either optional or not available on other lift tables. All Guardian Series lift tables meet and exceed both U.S. (ANSI) and European safety standards for lift tables. These models can be used in above-floor or in-floor applications.

Features of the MAX-Lift scissor table:

Captured Lift-Lok secures top and base leg rollers and allows for easy maintenance access in lowered position. Easy access Zerk fittings on cam roller and pivot points extend the life of the table by permitting regular lubrication.

Roto-MAX

Ergonomically Designed for the Operator

The Roto-MAX electric-hydraulic work positioner lets operators place the load wherever they want it.

• It does not matter how short or tall the individual is since the operator determines the most comfortable working height.
• The Roto-MAX provides complete ergonomic flexibility to do the safest job with maximum efficiency.
• Whether the load is one pound or 3,500 pounds, the positioner height does not change until the individual wants it to change.
• With a lowered height of only 6 ½ inches, the operator has easy access to the top layer of product.
• The fully raised height of 32 ½ inches (plus pallet height) is ideally suited for most applications.
• The 43 inch diameter top rotates easily, giving the operator access to product without having to stretch or walk around the table.
• The high performance electric motor runs on a standard 20-amp 115-volt single-phase circuit. Roto-MAX has a capacity of 3,000 pounds with a 14-second lift speed (RTMX-30).
• The high-speed model (RTMX25HS) has an 8-second speed and 2,500-pound capacity.

A magnetic backed control box is standard and a foot control switch is available as an optional item.
