STANDARD DESIGN FEATURES

• Frame is made of heavy, welded steel construction. Load is supported by four precision machined steel rollers with sealed bearings.
• Brake motor and gear reducer drive a sprocket and roller chain giving a smooth rotating cycle.
• Wired to operate on 230/460-volt, 3-phase, 60 Hertz AC power supply.
• Complete electric controls, disconnect switch, and 110 push button station mounted on unit.
• Limit switches automatically control rotation.

Built to the same high-quality standards as model M9604, this unit offers a 180 degree motorized rotating base which allows loading and unloading from the same location. The horizontal rotation is powered by means of a brakemotor gear-reducer combination which drives an internal slewing ring in the base. A limit switch prevents rotation beyond 180 degrees in either direction.

The Bushman M9618 load inverter is a complete 180 degree load inverting system, custom designed to handle a variety of loads.

Loaded either by forklift or power roller conveyors, the hydraulic scissors lift table firmly clamps the load into position. The machine inverts the load 180 degrees and comes to an automatic stop. The load is released by retracting the hydraulic scissors lift.

 

The model M9618 incorporates the rugged design features of the Bushman M9604 coil positioner. It is designed to operate on 230/460-volt, 3-phase, 60 Hertz AC power. It comes completely wired including a 110-volt control console.

 

Model M9600 transfer cars are custom designed to suit your application. Available in capacities of up to 75 tons, the units can be equipped with a variety of options.
